Wedding Rings
I would like to highlight three of my works
here that have been of interest to people in the past who have exchanged vows,
breathed “I will” to each other.
To this day it amazes me that the grass, plated
and Morse rings have repeatedly been singled out as fitting symbols for the
deep relation between two people.
Originally, these pieces emerged from various
ideas taken from everyday life. From my perspective, it is through random
strokes of chance that they have become wedding rings.
Perhaps this also belongs to our everyday lives
... a special day ... celebrated perhaps with grass rings.
